Until further notice, any performance given by any group using the name “Three Hits and a Miss”, performing written and musical material previously featured in a “Three Hits and a Miss” performance and concerts that even feature performers who have appeared with “Three Hits and a Miss” in past performances, unless otherwise noted is an unauthorized performance and is neither under my direction or control.
The September 28th concert in Hot Springs is an authorized independantly produced production by an outside source who is fully responsible for that production. I am in no way associated with or liable for this production aside from granting permission to use the name, written material and vocal arrangements.
